If you ordered but have not received a shipping confirmation, please give us a call. This gives us the best chance to catch your order before it's shipped.
Would you like to return an unopened Product? No Problem!
Please log into your Amazingy Account and click on the "account" icon on the top right of the website (the little person). Choose Orders. On this page, click the order with the product you'd like to return.
Click on the pink Return Request / Info link at the top right of the order page and select the product using the checkbox in front of the product name and select the reason for return using the drop down menu behind the product name. If the Return Request / Info link does not appear, this means this order is not eligible for return anymore.
Please let us know in the comment field, whether you’ve opened & used the product or if it is still closed/sealed and in its original packaging.
In short: if you are really unhappy with a product but have used it a couple of times, or if you had a reaction to it, we will out of goodwill issue you a gift certificate for the full value of the products. If you send back an unused, closed product, we will refund you the full amount.
Would you like to exchange a product for another?
Use the same page as described above and select “Replace Item” in the drop down menu at the top left of the page.

Note for guest orders: if you ordered as a guest you can track the order and receive a link to view your orders. To do this, click on the "account" icon on the top right of the website (the little person) and where it says "Track my order" enter your email address or order number. You will get a link emailed to you. Click on this link and you will get an overview of your orders.
Our average processing time is usually 1-3 business days. However, at busy times the processing of your return may be delayed. We kindly ask for your understanding!
In case of a mistake from our side, we will of course pay for the shipping costs. For all other reasons for returning products, the shipping costs will be for the buyer.
