Important notice about shipping to non-EU countries: even though shipping companies usually take a maximum of 8 days, it CAN take a lot longer when customs decides to check the contents of a parcel before they give it back to the shipping company. And customs can be very slow. However, we have never, ever had a parcel that did not arrive in the end, even though we had one that took almost two months (Canada) and two that took six weeks (Saudi Arabia and South Africa). 
All big shipping companies know this, so when a parcel does not arrive, we can only ask them to start an investigation after 25 working days. 

Important notice about VAT for Swiss customers and non-EU customers: Swiss customers and non-EU customers are not required to pay the German VAT (19%). The VAT will be levied by the respective country, usually through its customs authority. If you register before shopping the system will know you are tax exempt and shows you the tax free prices.
