Because of delays and many lost parcels using normal postal services, we only use DHL or FedEx when shipping inside the EU, with tracking and insurance, except for sample packs which can therefore possibly take longer.

*Important notice about shipping to non-EU countries: even though shipping companies usually take a maximum of about 8 working days, the actual delivery CAN take longer when customs decides to check the contents of a parcel before they give it back to the shipping company. This is out of our hands, as well as the shipping companies hands. Switzerland, Norway, usually go very quickly, most of the time taking 3 or 4 working days, while some countries like Canada and some Asian countries can take quite long.

Important notice about VAT for Swiss customers and non-EU customers: Swiss customers and non-EU customers are not required to pay the German VAT (19%). The VAT will be levied by the respective country, usually through its customs authority. If you register before shopping the system will know you are tax exempt and shows you the tax free prices.

Yes! If you are from outside the EU and have your order shipped to a country outside the EU as well, our system will automatically remove the German VAT (19%) from our prices. 

In order to see the prices excl. VAT while shopping, please make an account at Amazingy.com and fill out your details. Next time you login, our store should show you prices excl. VAT.

Please keep in mind, that you might have to pay VAT and possibly other import duties when importing products into your country. For more info please visit your countries customs website.

Yes! If you place an order with us, on your companies name, and leave a valid EU VAT number at checkout, our system will automatically remove the German VAT from your order and issue you an Intra-Community Invoice.

Of course this only works with companies outside of Germany.

If you ordered but have not received a shipping confirmation, please give us a call. This gives us the best chance to catch your order before it's shipped.

Would you like to return a Product? No Problem! 

Please log into your Amazingy Account and click on the "account" icon on the top right of the website (the little person). Choose Return Requests. Then click the order with the product you'd like to return.

Click on the pink Return Request/ Info link at the top right of the order and select the product using the checkbox in front of the product name and select the reason for return using the drop down menu behind the product name. Please let us know in the comment field, whether you’ve opened & used the product or if it is still closed/sealed and in its original packaging.

In short: if you are really unhappy with a product but have used it a couple of times, or if you had a reaction to it, we will out of goodwill issue you a gift certificate for the full value of the products. If you send back an unused, closed product, we will refund you the full amount.

Would you like to exchange a product for another? 
Use the same page as described above and select “Replace Item” in the drop down menu at the top left of the page.

Note for guest orders: if you ordered as a guest you can track the order and receive a link to view your orders. To do this, click on the "account" icon on the top right of the website (the little person) and where it says "Track my order" enter your email address or order number. You will get a link emailed to you. Click on this link and you will get an overview of your orders.  and the n will be displayed in the My profile box.

Die durchschnittliche Bearbeitungszeit beträgt in der Regel 1-3 Werktage. Bei erhöhtem Retourenaufkommen kann sich die Bearbeitung deiner Rücksendung etwas verzögern. Wir hoffen auf dein Verständnis!

Die Rückgabefrist beträgt 30 Tage.

Bei Falschsendungen unsererseits kommen wir selbstverständlich für die Rücksendekosten auf. Für alle weiteren Retourengründe und die damit entstandenen Kosten kommt der Käufer selbst auf.

Yes! we usually send 2 or 3 samples along with an order. If you would like specific samples, you can leave us a note on step 4 of checkout. We'll try to fulfill your wishes as best as we can.

Beim Bestellvorgang (Schritt 4) erscheint ein Notizfeld wo Probenwünsche und Typ-Beschreibungen (wenn es um Make-Up Proben geht) hinterlassen werden können.

Nein. Leider gibt es einige Produkte, von denen es uns nicht möglich ist Proben herzustellen. Die Liste der ausgeschlossenen Produkte findest du hier.

Unsere Proben sind zwischen 1-3ml groß und reichen je nach Produkt für 1-2 Anwendungen aus, damit ein erster Eindruck des Produkts gemacht werden kann.
