For optimal absorption, drink the electrolytes in one or two gulps, rather than taking small sips. This is the best way to support your hydration and balance.
Take 1 to 2 sticks per day.
Shake occasionally to keep all ingredients well mixed.
Some natural ingredients may settle at the bottom.
Lois Lee deliberately does not add anti-caking agents. This means that it can sometimes be more difficult to completely dissolve the lumps.
Tip: first fill your bottle or glass with a little water, add the Skin Electrolytes and shake immediately. The faster you shake, the better it dissolves. Then fill up with the rest of the water. The powder may settle at the bottom over time. Shaking briefly before drinking again ensures that your drink remains well mixed.
