I was attracted by Amazingy because they have Rituel de Fille, a brand that I had hard time finding available in Europe. The customer service was also great in their support and I really have appreciated the samples from the Rituel de Fille line, a nice touch as I was looking forward to try more of their products!

Ich schreibe normalerweise keine Bewertungen. Aber bei Amazingy einzukaufen ist wirklich wundervoll. Zunächst wurden alle Probenwünsche erfüllt, dann habe ich wirklich sehr durchdachte weitere Proben erhalten. Der Kundenkontakt (auch telefonisch) war so hilfreich, es wurden kreative und individuelle Lösungen gefunden und alle Fragen beantwortet. Ich habe beschlossen alles, was hier bekommen kann auch hier zu kaufen, weil ich so ein tolles Konzept sehr gerne unterstützen möchte!

Not satisfied at all! Ordered on 2nd December and today, 2 weeks after, I still have not received my order!

We are sorry you did not receive your order timely. Due to out Pink Weekends, we had an incredible amount of sales when you ordered and therefore we experienced some delays.
Just like DHL actually, especially to France where your order was shipped to.
