- Pour nettoyer : Utiliser environ une cuillère à soupe de savon noir et masser sur la peau sous la douche ou dans le bain puis rincer.
- Pour nettoyer et adoucir la peau : Après 5-10 minutes dans le bain, sous la douche ou hammam, masser sur la peau et laisser agir jusqu’à 10 minutes avant de rincer à l’eau tiède. La peau est douce et prête pour une exfoliation.
