What’s the best method to use these products?

Deodorant cream: just take a bit of the deodorant cream with your (clean) fingers and distribute it evenly under the armpits. Massage in well and let it soak in briefly. Finished!

Deodorant stick: press the deodorant stick up slightly on the underside, applying it with stroking movements under the armpits and letting it soak in briefly. Have you pushed the deodorant stick out too far? Lightly tap the bottom of the stick on a smooth surface so that it can find its way back into the tube!
