Apply generously and uniformly over healthy skin 20 minutes before exposure to the sun. Reapply frequently and in sufficient quantity, particularly after going in the water.
Avoid sun exposure between 12 PM and 4 PM, or use clothing-based protection.
Do not expose babies and young children under the age of 3.

The formula is light and not drying, the smell lovely and without being too strong, I can put makeup on top.
