To do this, you simply choose 5 products from our range and write them in the comment section at check-out after adding this sample pack to your cart. We can offer you a sample of almost all products, and if a brand doesn’t offer official samples, we will fill the sample ourselves – adding a whole lot of love to it, just for you! • It takes a long time to prepare the sample set, so shipping may be delayed.
• Toners & essences are often sold with a spray cap. For the samples we produce ourselves, we fill them into a tiny container, so such products can only be tested without their usual spray function.
• This service is intended to help you get to know the products in range better; as such, we fill small containers / bags with an amount of product that we consider sufficient for testing. With a lip product, you have the opportunity to see whether the color suits you. With a shampoo, you can wash your medium-length hair once. With a foundation, you will be able to test whether the shade fits. With other products, you will be able to test the consistency and check whether your skin tolerates the product, etc. The amount and packaging of the sample depends on the product and the respective substance.
• Please be aware that some perfumes are highly concentrated and come in tiny bottles: samples of these often contain only one drop of perfume and may, at first glance, look empty- they aren't.
• Only a maximum of 3 samples per product.
• Samples that we produce ourselves are filled by hand – this is why it may be that not every sample is filled evenly, or that the packaging of the samples is not always the same. We invest a lot of time and love into making our samples, and we continue to strive for a high level of quality control for all our samples.
• This sample set is sent free of charge when ordered on its own. Of course, you can also add the sample set to a normal order – however, please be aware that the price of the set is not added to the minimum order value for free shipping.
