Kjaer Weis´ Foundation was created to provide easy, buildable coverage. Apply just a little bit for a translucent look, or layer on more for a finish opaque enough to cover even signs of rosacea and acne.

Formulated with moisturizing and age-defying ingredients such as Sweet Almond Seed, Coconut, and Jojoba oils.
Available in the following shades:
- Lightness: for extremely fair skin with neutral undertones.
- Like Porcelain: for fair skin with pink undertones.
- Silken: just as light as our Paper Thin color but with a yellow undertone. For fair-medium skin with a yellow undertone.
- Weightless: a light beige true neutral, ideal color for those who find Silken too yellow and Like Porcelain too pink.
- Ethereal: Between Silken and Paper Thin, and neutral in tone. For medium fair skin
- Paper Thin: for fair to medium skin tones with pink undertones.
- Feathery: between Paper Thin and Just Sheer, and neutral in tone. For light-medium skin.
- Just Sheer: for fair to medium fair skin with olive or golden undertones - A natural, warm beige color.
- Subtlety: for medium-fair skin with yellow/golden undertones.
- Illusion: for medium to medium dark skin with golden or olive undertones. A warm, honey shade.
- Dainty: for medium to medium dark complexions with warm undertones.

Ich würde diese Foundation wirklich gerne mögen... Wenn die Haut aber verhornt ist (ich habe als Makeup Artist viele Privatkunden mit Mängel in der Hautpflege), lässt sie sich einfach nicht gut auftragen, weil sie sich (selbst mit Öl darunter) an den Rändern trockener Hautschüppchen anlagert und diese dadurch erst sichtbar macht. Sie wird dann häufig fleckig. Leider ist die ganze Foundation öl-/wachsbasiert, dadurch zeigt sie auf dehydrierter Haut einen Fettglanz, der kein "hübscher Glow" ist. Zu allerletzt wurden alle meine Farbtöne nach überraschend kurzer Zeit ranzig und mussten entsorgt werden.

I like this cream foundation a lot. Though, I have dry skin so I have to make sure to moisturize with an oil as a base before applying the foundation. I use a beauty sponge for the application and the product melts in to the skin really nicely.
I have sensitive skin, but I haven't had any reactions to this. It contains coconut oil, so if you are sensitive to that you might want to skip this one. Or try a sample first.
Medium coverage which can be built up and used as a concealer as well. I use an oil (water melon seed or almond oil) as a makeup remover and it comes off really easily.
I also really like the system with refills, it feels better for the environment.
A downside is the prize. It's very expensive. It does last me a long time, however. So at least I get a lot of product for my money.

Perfect Foundation

After changing to natural cosmetics and trying a few good but not perfect products I stumbled over this one. I use it since August every single day and I must admit: it’s perfect!!!
I have very dry skin and fine lines. Also a little redness on my cheeks I’m looking to conceal. I was looking for a natural looking foundation in the style: your skin but better/even. This foundation does the trick perfectly. My redness has decreased, my skin looks hydrated ... what could I ask for more?! I totally advise to buy!
Ps: the foundation in the case is very dry. You’ll have to use an oil as primer and I found out that swirling your finger and applying with the fingers works best :)

Mit der Wärme der Finger, lässt sich die Foundation am besten auftragen. Allerdings muss man etwas herum probieren, bis man den Dreh raus hat. Bei mir passt der Farbton leider nicht so gut wie ich gedacht habe, aber wenn man die Foundation gut verteilt/verblendet funktioniert es ganz gut.

It looks natural but it covers very well, I like it. I have sensitive and dry acne prone skin, not the easiest type... I have almost finished the pan and I am not having any issue. I use plain jojoba oil before applying it with the fingers. I use this as a foundation & concealer and I do not think I need powder with it, so it turned out to be cheaper than what I was using before. The color is an OK match for me but I would like it more if it had more yellow, Silken was too light and Feathery too dark on me, this may work for the summer though, other than that I am very happy with the product and I will repurchase.

Nachdem ich schon einige organic foundations getestet habe, hatte ich bisher immer zwei Probleme: Entweder waren die angebotenen Farbnuancen viel zu dunkel für mich, oder die Farbe war hell genug, aber hatte keine Deckkraft und Haltbarkeit.
Dann sah ich, dass es von Kjaer Weis endlich einen noch helleren Farbton gibt, "Lightness".
Und was soll ich sagen: Perfekt. Die Foundation ist sehr stark pigmentiert, was heißt, man braucht für eine Anwendung extrem wenig und hat trotzdem mittelstarke Deckkraft ohne dass es künstlich oder maskenhaft aussieht. Der Farbton "Lightness" ist für wirklich sehr helle Hauttöne wie meinen sehr gut geeignet und sieht absolut natürlich und frisch aus.
Wichtig zu erwähnen ist, das Kjaer Weis selbst empfiehlt, unter der Foundation nur ein gutes Gesichtsöl der Wahl zu tragen, also keine Cremes, Bases etc. Wenn man das macht und die Foundation aufträgt, sieht sie sehr gleichmäßig und natürlich aus. Bei mir hält sie mit etwas Mineralpuder zum fixieren den ganzen Tag. Ich habe sehr trockene Haut und in Kombination mit dem Öl ist sie sehr pflegend und feuchtigkeitsspendend. Richtig angewendet ein fantastisched Produkt, dass ich für alle mit sehr heller Haut unbedingt empfehlen würde.

Tolle Konsistenz und Farbe, Endresultat: eine perfekte Haut. Schade, dass meine Wangen nach kurzem spannen, darum habe ich für "feel" nur 4 Sternchen gegeben. Vielleicht ist diese Foundation nichts für trockene Haut? Ich ziehe die RMS uncover up foundation vor, ist besser für meine trockenen Wangen.

bis ich heute die Creme Foundation angewendet habe, Wow!!!!
Der Tester enthält nur wenig "augenscheinlich" aber während des Auftragens merkte ich wie ergiebig diese Foundation ist

Ich hab einen ziemlich hellen Hautton mit warmem UNterton für den ich schon seit einer halben Ewigkeit eine Foundation suche. Die habe ich jetzt endlich gefunden. Eine Mischung aus Silken und Paper Thin ist perfekt für mich. Die Foundation hat eine wirklich gute Deckkraft, hält den Tag über und das Beste ist, dass sie trotz allem sehr natürlich aussieht. Meine empfindliche Haut verträgt sie super und ich habe nach dem Abschminken sogar das Gefühl, als hätte ich eine Feuchtigkeitscreme getragen. um sie besser verteilen zu können ist es allerdings empfehlenswert, eine dünne Creme vorher aufzutragen. Spitzen Produkt!
