They’re just as delicious as they are aesthetically pleasing, giving you a a more satisfying experience than slurping down a smoothie in two seconds. Add your favorite fruit and nuts as topping to add texture. This spirulina smoothie bowl has a gorgeous turquoise color and is the perfect way to start the day.

Instructions: Add all the ingredients in the kitchen machine and adjust the mixture to taste. Pour the mixture in a bowl.Top with almonds, berries, coconut, 50g chocolate and mint or other desired toppings.
Tip: make sure all your ingredients are very ripe to prevent a bitter taste. In case of emergency you can compensate bitterness with sweet fruit like (extra) banana, a bit of honey or vanilla-extract.
