Caprylyl Methicone
Caprylyl Methicone is a silicon fluid, mostly used to give cosmetic products an easier spreadability and lighter, smooth and silky feel. It can also give products a less sticky / tacky feel.
Like most silicones, caprylyl methicone has the ability to temporarily enhance the appearance of the face by filling in fine lines/wrinkles and giving an overall "plumped" look.
Can also shorty improve the look of skin by filling fine lines, making them appear less obvious.
Caprylyl Methicone evaporates quickly after application. Considered very safe, however, not natural.
