Perfect when sporting

I love to drink this just before or after sporting, it really seems to help my body to be more hydrated and feel good after a heavy sport session. I also notice a difference in how hydrated my skin feels now that we have the cold and dry winter and heating air screwing with my skin...
The taste is also nice and refreshing, plus sugar fee, unlike those you can buy at the drugstores
