Alle zwei bis drei Tage verwende ich es Abends fürs Gesicht, morgens strahlt der Teint richtig ! Habe es auch schon für die Spitzen genommen , die Haare werden unglaublich weich :)
Gestern hab ich das Öl für eine Aphte im Mund verwendet ein zwei Tröpfchen reingeträufelt und heute geht's schon viel besser !! Absolute Kaufempfehlung für eine vielseitige Anwenung und ein ergiebiges Produkt !!
