What makes it Amazingy?
FROM VIENNA, TO THE WORLD. FROM THE WORLD, FOR THE WORLD. BIO. FUNCTIONAL. SOCIAL. BEAUTIFUL.
With Less is More, we have created a haircare line in which the essentials can unfold. In our bottles, we have combined the needs of the people with the concerns of the world and separated from everything that can be let go. What remains is only the bare essentials – and that is enough. For us, it is an organic, social, functional and beautiful process.
Organic - because we are careful to use only the finest raw materials. We only take what is absolutely necessary from nature, as gently as possible.
Social - because we extract and process our ingredients fairly and with full transparency.
Functional - because the products should not only feel good and be sustainable, but also easy to use and effective.
Beautiful - because beauty begins with health & well-being, inside as well as outside.
Less is More was one of the first professional haircare brands whose entire range consisted and still consists of exclusively organic-certified products. Our products therefore all bear the Cosmos Organic or Austria Bio Garantie seal. In addition, no animal testing is carried out in any part of the production chain. Since we stand for “cosmetics without bunnies”, the Less is More products are all PETA-certified. All of our haircare products are created in our development laboratory in Vienna, tested in direct customer contact in the Viennese minusplus salons and handcrafted in our Viennese factory by a small team.

Tips for using Less is More:
The name says it all... As a rule, you need to use very little product, with shampoos and conditioners: wash out very well! All products / lines from Less is More can also be combined and mixed with one another, in order to achieve the best results for the individual hair type. In some cases, the hair, scalp or skin needs some time to adjust to a new product, especially when switching from conventional to natural / organic cosmetics. Because in those cases the hair, scalp and skin first have to re-learn to take over certain functions themselves. But it pays to stick with it, as you will be rewarded with much more beautiful hair and/or improved skin texture.
How to use hair conditioner correctly?
"A conditioner provides that extra bit of hair care. It closes the roughened cuticle of the hair after shampooing, gives the hair shine and also makes it easier to comb. But how do you best use a conditioner? It is best to use it only in the lengths and ends of your hair. But what is the best way to apply it?
Step 1: Squeezing moisture out of the hair. After shampooing, gently squeeze the excess moisture out of the hair – you can also use a towel, but please do not rub your hair!
Step 2: Apply to the lengths and tips. Apply a small amount of the conditioner – approximately the size of one hazelnut (dose depending on the length of the hair) – to the lengths and tips, avoiding the scalp.
Step 3: Distribute the conditioner evenly in the hair. It is best to work your way in small steps from the tips up to the lengths. Why is this technique advisable? In this way, nodules are gently combed out, the conditioner is evenly distributed in the hair and the conditioner is then much easier to wash out!
Step 4: Wash out the conditioner very well!" — Doris Brandhuber & Hannes Trummer
