A synthetic colour additive, also known as Red No. 30, Red Lake 30. Often found in blushes and other makeup products.
Even though it is approved for use in makeup, we are no fan of this ingredient, which is often derived from petroleum and/or coal tar.
Has no place in 100% natural cosmetics, but can often be found in conventional and "clean" cosmetics.
