Wow - ich bin begeistert! Habe gerade meine erste Bestellung erhalten. Das Päckchen war sehr liebevoll verpackt - mit handgeschriebenem Kärtchen und tollen Proben, bei denen man das Gefühl hat, es wurde sich anhand der bestellten Artikel wirklich Gedanken gemacht, welche Proben mir gefallen könnten!

Ich habe mich wie immer riesig auf mein Päckchen gefreut! Die Bestellung ist einfach, die Produkte hervorragend, der Versand schnell und immer sehr persönlich mit einer freundlichen handgeschriebenen (!) Karte. Ob im Laden in Berlin oder online, ich fühle mich einfach gut beraten und aufgehoben. Danke an das ganze Team!

Positive: Shipping throughout Europe, great variety of products. Packs of 5 samples.
Negative: There are never discounts on dates like Black Friday or during the summer sales. Packages take longer to arrive than what is posted on the web. The sample pack is very expensive. 10 €

Hi Larita - thanks for your review. We have no idea where you got the idea that we do not do promos. We do promos almost every week, and always have a very big Pink Friday + Makeup Monday sale around the black friday days with over 30 deals every year in the last 3 years. As for shipping: due to the covid situation, unfortunately the shipping companies have more to do than ever which can sometimes cause short delays when shipping abroad. Unfortunately this is out of our hands. But if you are ever in a real hurry, you can easily choose DHL Express which means next day delivery in the EU in with 99% certainty.

As for our sample pack: the 10 euro includes shipping all over the world (the pack is 7.95 if you order it with another product) and we custom-make a lot of samples. 1 sample pack can take up to half an hour to make so we absolutely do not make a penny on them. The pack also comes with a card, giving you a discount on your next order, meaning in the end the sample pack is almost free. But even without that discount card, most people feel that it's a great way to try at least 5 products (we usually add some more) for the price of a coffee and cake on a terrace, to make sure they don't buy anything they don't like.

Bonjour, j'ai acquis les deux brosses corps et visage ionic Ruhi : sensation toute à fait nouvelle et unique, la peau est doucement massée, les muscles se réveillent et le circuit lymphatique est étonnement stimulé.
J'ai enchainé avec 20 minutes de rameur et j'ai eu la sensation d'avoir reçu une "dose" d'énergie surprenante avec le massage à sec des brosses. J'ai connu ces brosses et votre site sur Marie-Claire France de Juillet, page 204 préconisé par Sylvie Lefranc.
Mon mari, qui adore le cuivre, l'a essayé ce matin aussi et a été étonné par son effet. Il a pensé aux chevaux que l'on prend le temps d'étriller et il pense que ces gestes ne sont pas faits par hasard sur les les animaux de course.
On devrait les conseiller à tout le monde, on serait tous en meilleure santé, ré-équilibrés en ions - anions- négatifs.
Et proposer les aussi aux hommes car c'est un geste hygiénique.

Die Lieferung kam prompt mit handschriftlich geschriebener Karte, sehr schön. Aber noch schöner ist der Nagellack OZN Adriana plant-based, ein wirklich toller Nagellack bei dem man das Gefühl hat, er pflegt, auch lässt er sich wunderbar auftragen. Der natürliche Nagellackentferner ist der erste, von dem meine Nägel nicht brüchig werden, auch sehr pflegend! Ich bin sehr begeistert, zahle gerne etwas mehr und bestelle sicher wieder!

Erste Bestellung: durchdacht umweltschonend verpackt, GESCHENKSPROBEN, die mich zum nächsten Kauf animierten aufgrund der Qualität, beiliegend eine fast persönliche ( und schöne) Postkarte. Das scheint hier Routine-sehr erfreulich!
