Since I have very pale skin, I never thought this shade would fit me. But it fits perfectly, so definitely give it a try if you are looking for a neutral, pale shade.
I love how all of the HiRo Foundations blend with the skin, I have tried a lot of mineral foundations with similar ingredients in the past and none worked with my uber-sensitive skin. This foundation is so finely powdered that it creates a beautiful, natural look with still enough coverage. It gives my skin that special glow and it isn’t too drying.
I am really surprised how well it works with different application techniques, wet or dry. I either use a wet flat top kabuki or a wet foundation brush for an airbrushed look, or a small wet blender brush for concealing. A simple kabuki works best for the classic dry application, and the fine texture is really easy to work into the skin. My favourite right now is that pink egg-shaped make-up sponge you see everywhere - I never thought it would work that well with a powdery foundation, but it creates really great coverage! So, I really enjoy playing around with the foundation — oh and the packaging? Super cute, super chic! Thanks HiRo, I had almost given up on natural foundations altogether!
