For my hair, I’m always looking for particularly rich hair care products. Since I have waves \/ curls and my hair is usually color-treated, it’s always a bit rough and brittle at the ends, and there are often many knots in the undermost layers of hair. Since I was so fascinated by the story behind Rahua, I also tried the products and found the perfect hair care in the form of their Color Full Conditioner<\/a>.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n


I love the special Rahua<\/a> smell and its light purple color. The Color Full Conditioner is the first conditioner I’ve used that manages to loosen the knots in my hair while washing, making my long hair so smooth that I can comb through it without any problems. And even still, it doesn’t weigh my hair down like some other rich hair care products do.

Another rather special thing about Rahua is that they created a new cosmetic label \/ category that transcends \u201corganic\u201d & \u201cfair trade\u201d called SymBIOtic\u00ae<\/sup><\/a>. The requirements? That ingredients be grown wild (not farmed) in the virgin rainforest; that those same ingredients be hand-processed through ancestral knowledge; and that the makers \/ producers are paid an above fair-trade price, helping them continue to build their own economies and strengthen their position as Indigenous Peoples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By doing this, Rahua aids these communities in achieving their own self-sustaining economy \u2013 encouraging them to continue living in the Amazon by utilizing their special traditions, through which they ultimately maintain their role as the guardians & protectors of the Amazon Rainforest.
