Normal is what is normal for you, if you have a regular routine then consider yourself a normal pooper. This can range form 3 times a day to 3 times a week. How to treat constipation:
First start by drinking more water, at least 2L a day. Add more fibrous foods to your diet. Some of the best sources of fibre are flaxseeds, pysillyum husk, whole grains, lentils, fruits and vegetables. Pears, berries, broccoli, spinach, are a good place to start as they contain the highest fibre content. The more fibre you eat, the more water you should drink. If digestion and constipation is still a problem after this, consider seeing a doctor or naturopath.
