Every single perfume develops their individual scent together with body heat, so ideally it should be applied to warm body parts and close to the pulse. We all know the common places to put your favourite scent like e.g. at the temple, on your nape, behind the earlobes, and some might even know the less common places like the bellybutton, near your hips, the back of your knee, at the ankle …
Of course with our range of organic perfumes you don’t need to worry about what goes on your skin but if you want to give your skin a break or simply try out alternative ways of smelling your best here’s how:
On your hair
If you have long hair spray the perfume onto your hairline, with short hair use your ends. If your perfume is a roll-on rather than a spray (like mine is) then I suggest you put a few drops on your fingers and work them into your hair … also adds a nice shine 🙂
On your clothes
Bear in mind that not every kind of fabric shows off the fragrance in the same way. Natural materials like silk, fleece, velvet or cotton are ideal to carry your scent but careful with synthetics! The scent will spread a lot faster and heavier so if your daily worktrip involves being sandwiched between 20 people on public transport or else you are the more subtle kind show some charity and go easy on the fragrance (or apply it on your arrival at work rather than before leaving the house) Spray the perfume from a 10cm distance between layers of clothers, into the lining of your coat or jacket, on the hem of your skirt or simply onto a scarf or shawl worn over your clothes.
Alternative 3 and a nice finish
Spray your perfume into the air before you step into it (eyes closed please!) – that way the scent is distributed evenly over your body.
Spray it on and ♥ look good, SMELL GOOD, feel Amazingy ♥
