J. R. Thesis Smith is a mixed-race millenial in the dawn of their 30s & a wordsmith of sorts. They've spent most of their waking life in the U.S. – in the urban sprawl of NYC that is New Jersey, in the depths of its suburban echoes – but always dreamed of making their way across a bigger pond, to a place where opportunity would knock a little more often. After completing their training at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts (effectively spending three poor years in NYC) as a dance major, they gifted themselves a semester of studying abroad in Berlin, and in doing so kept a vow made in early adolescence – thereby inciting a metamorphosis of promise into full-bodied intention: to eventually fully emigrate to Berlin, the first space that had ever allowed them the freedom to find their own breath, their pace of existence. Now that they finally live there, they're learning how to breathe again – striving to become a more active member of the Undercommons as they continue on the odyssey that is their self-realization as an artistic being. Their most resonant hope is that they will be able to say what is true & necessary & kind; that people will find the time to listen, to themselves and each other; and that their voice will inspire other voices to speak out in turn.

Hi!
My skin is very sensitive and I have acne, which is a very bad combination. That’s why I love articles like the following one and would be very happy to read more about skincare for acne skin including product recommendations, which helps me to find the right care routine.

Thank you very much and a great Christmas time to everyone!
Best regards, Nina
I had never thought about how harmful glitter is before this article: https://amazingy.com/magazine/glitter-secret-environmental-killer/ I would love to know more about these kind of topics; what we can do to shop more eco-consciously and how to keep the environment safe and sound.
Your ‘Eye On Ingredients series’. I find ingredients lists very confusing, natural/organic products often include a lot of plant extracts, oils or pigments, whilst very beneficial, some can have side effects that I wouldn’t have otherwise realised. It takes a long time to google every ingredient so these articles make my eco-life a little easier 🙂 https://amazingy.com/magazine/eye-ingredients-st-johns-wort-photosensitivity/ Merry Christmas to everyone at Amazingy.
I love the product highlight posts and those that go more in depth on the possible steps within a skincare routine and the many options of products available within each step, like the exfoliating one https://amazingy.com/magazine/a-beginners-guide-to-exfoliation/
Please keep making these lovely guides.
https://amazingy.com/magazine/office-faves-gressa-eye-tints-bronce-aureo/ I am more of a “silent reader” but I really like these reviews and swatches. I like seeing the colours in a different light and how they look on a persons face. I wish you all nice holidays at Amazingy.
I would like to see more articles like that.https://amazingy.com/magazine/dont-fooled-green-washing-heres/Merry Christmas!!!
Dear Amazingy Team, thank you for this fantastic giveaway! I really enjoy posts like the following: https://amazingy.com/magazine/toptenwinterproducts/ – a sum up of loved tried and trusted products. Or also the more “scientific ones” for example in the summer about sunscreens – these are clearing the question mark 🙂 Thank you for them. Have a warm and peaceful holiday season xxx

I think you have to take care from inside to outside, that’s why I appreciate the posts about healthy food habits too in a beauty store magazine.
The posts on your blog are high quality, as are the pictures in them. They read like a great magazine. There are so many posts I like, like the DIY shaving cream, but I like the posts that teach me something best (I’m a teacher at heart, that must be why I like to be taught too. You can’t be a teacher unless you are willing to be taught), like information about ingredients (from carmine to niacinamide). And I truly like this post about serums and which ones to look for: https://amazingy.com/magazine/serums-why-how-when-which/ Love!

Loved, loved, loved it, I had it bookmarked and knew right away which article is my fav – been using the tips and tricks ever since and am super happy now with my brows, they looked fresh, groomed and most importantly natural! Thank you, Lula 🙂
