Thanks for your question! In order to save on paper and ink and with the environment in mind (even though we print on Bamboo paper!), we deliberately do not add an invoice with your package. Instead, you will get one emailed to you when your order has been shipped.
However, if you would like one in PDF, you can easily create one yourself in our shop. In order to so please do the following on our website
- Login
- Click on My orders (on the bottom left of the website, under My Account)
- Click on the order ID number you would like to have an invoice for
- On the top right, click on the Print Invoice (pdf) button - An invoice will be created instantly
That's it!
P.S. If you do not have an account because you checked out as guest, please simply send us a quick email and we'll send you a PDF right away.
